Mushrooms with lemon thyme
400 grams of assorted mushrooms
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 dash olive oil
2 garlic cloves
lemon thyme
salt and pepper q.s.
Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into halves. Place the olive oil,
chopped garlic and mushrooms in a large pan and stir it all for a
while. Sprinkle with lemon thyme, salt and pepper an leave ir for a few
minutes. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve
immediately with toasted bread and red wine. Enjoy your meal!
