Green beans with potatoes
Ingredients:
400 gr of green beans
400 gr tiny new potatoes
4 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil soup
preparation:
Chop the onion and garlic and let it stew for a while with the oil. Then place the peeled tomatoes into pieces.
Let it cook for 5 minutes and finally add the potatoes and the whole green beans, without the strings. Season with salt.
Cook with the covered pot for half an hour and gradually add a little water from time to time.
When the potatoes are cooked you can serve.
