chard and mushroom omelet
Ingredients:
10 eggs
200 gr mushrooms
1/2 bunch of chard
olive oil
chopped garlic
pepper and salt to taste
preparation:
Wash the chard and remove the stem. Shred the chard leaves. Wash the mushrooms and cut into blades.
Warm up the olive oil in a frying pan and add the chopped garlic. Add the chard and wait till they become soft. Add the mushrooms and cook them for 5 minutes. Finally add the whisked eggs, seasoned to taste.
