fresh turmeric and ginger

We associate ginger a lot with the fight against colds and flu and turmeric as a way to strengthen the immune system, to prevent the same conditions.

They are both herbaceous plants, of which the root or rhizome is used essentially.Turmeric (turmeric long) has, among many other benefits, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
