healthy brownie with chickpeas

250g cooked chickpeas

2 eggs

1 teaspoon coconut oil

4 tablespoons honey

50gr cocoa powder

2 tablespoons coconut flour

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200º.

In a food processor place all liquid ingredients and mix till you get an homogeneous mixture. Add the dry ingredients (cocoa and coconut flour) and incorporate them in the mixture previously prepared. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mould and bake for about 20 minutes. The cooking time will depend on the size of the tray or mould. Use the "toothpick technique" and remove from the when it is up to your taste.
