Gaspacho juice
3 ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 carrot
basil leaves
1 pinch of whole salt or hymalaian salt
Preparation:
Wah up all the ingredients
Remove the pepper seeds and stalk
Cut all the ingredients in small pieces and pass it all in the centrifuge or slow juicer
Season with salt and stir it all well.
The gaspacho is ready to serve
Sugestion
Add a slice of garlic as you juice the ingredients. The flavour of the
raw garlic is pretty strong so you should use a very small amount or
according to one's taste (you can also use garlic powder for a softer
taste). Garlic is an extraordinary natural antibiotic.
