Guacamole: the original recipe
Ingredients:
4 avocados
2 lemons
1 pinch of salt
preparation:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the core. "Dig" the pulp with a spoon removing it into a bowl. Mash with a fork until it becomes purée. Grate a little lemon peel, squeeze out the juice and add the avocado purée. Mix well and add a pinch of salt to taste. Enjoy your food!
Guacamole: Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
1 greek yogurt
2 avocados
1 clove garlic
fresh cilantro
lime juice
salt and black pepper
preparation:
Place the yogurt, avocados peeled and seeded, garlic finely chopped, the chopped cilantro and lime juice into a blender. Mix until it becomes smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

1 small tomato
1 jalapeño chili
1/2 white onion
1 small clove garlic, minced (optional)
salt and black pepper
lemon juice
preparation:
Mash the avocados flesh with a fork, after peeling and removing the seed. Add the peeled tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped garlic and the chili finely chopped. Add the avocado purée and mix well. Finally add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
