Sweet potato snacks

Ingredients:

sweet potatoes

salt

pepper

thyme

olive oil

Preparation:

The sweet potato is a source of low glycemic index carbohydrates, this tuberous releases the sugar slowly, prolonging the feeling of fullness and great to use in diets.

Without peeling, wash the potatoes and slice them thinly. Place the slices in a glass container for baking greased with olive oil. Also brush with a little olive oil on top of the potatoes and season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. Bake for about 15 minutes or until they get golden colour.
