Applesauce with cinnamon

Ingredients:

200 gr of apples

1 pinch of cinnamon

3-4 tablespoons water

Preparation:

Peel the apples, remove the hard parts from the center and the seeds and cut them into pieces.Cook the apples in water, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes. When they are well cooked add a pinch of cinnamon and mash it all. Let it cool down and you can give it to your baby, serve with meat, mix with natural yoghurt or just eat it with a spoon.
