banana bread
Hello!
Here is another recipe to enjoy the so-called "ugly
fruit" or bananas that have been forgotten in the fridge and are
therefore too ripe.
Fed up with buying bread that has a pile of ingredients? Today I have the solution: Banana bread.
To prepare this delight you just need to incorporate:
4 ripe bananas
50 gr almond flour
100 ml of coconut oil (or another one you may prefer)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon and vanilla essence to taste
Mix all the ingedients in your mixer and place the dough in a baking mould and in the oven at 180C for 25 min.
In the following days, when it becomes harder you can make great toasts with it.
