pastel de nata

Pastel de nata without eggs or milk for the sweet lovers that care about their shape.

Super fast to prepare, just need to crush (in a blender): 1 cream pack (can be soy or rice) 250mL vegetable drink (or, if you prefer, milk) 

Cinnamon powder

Lemon zest grated and juice qs

100gr yellow sugar (I advise to put less because the vegetable drinks are already very sweet) 50gr of corn starch 

Cook this preparation (with a lemon peel and a cinnamon stick) and let it thicken.

Pour the mixture into a pie pan lined with puff pastry or crumbly and bake at 180º C for 20 min.
