Workshop - Healthy Recipes for Happy Weeks
This time we did not have the time for a "Family" photo as we were all starving!!! The recipes were all vegan and gluten free.
Joana from Entre Tachos e Sabores has cooked ared beans chili with
courgette with wraps and guacamole, vgetables and chick peas curry,
mushrooms ?quinoto, chick peas and quinoa hamburguers with spiced sweet
potato (oven cooked), cauliflower, carrot and curcuma rice and falafel
in the oven with soya yoghurt sauce and aromatic herbs.
In the end Joana gave all the participants a very special treat - Joana's brownies.
