healthy Breakfasts
The Healthy Breakfasts workshop was fully booked and pretty much cheered up.
Joana from Entre Tachos e Sabores prepared different options for this
important meal and the recipes included a cocoa chia with yoghurt and
berries pudding, overnight oats / banana oatmeal asleep, cinnamon and
granola, lemon and cinnamon pancakes with yoghurt, apple and honey
topping, green juice "Immunity Boost", autumnal pear, oatmeal and
peanut butter shake, oat porridge with orange and cinnamon, carob and
oat porridge and a creamy and healthy cocoa sauce
We will therefore be having healthy breakfasts for coming week ends.
In the end we ate it all!
