The Stevia plant is a natural sweetener non caloric. It contains natural edulcorants and its dried leave is 20 to 30 times sweeter than sugar (1gr of stevia equals 30gr sugar).
It is a perenial bush from the chrysanthemums family, originary from the Paraguai and South of Brasil mountains. It is known for its extraordinary sweetening power.
