Cooking at the Café
For the months of September and October we will be holding a series of 3 cooking workshops, each of them dedicated to a different ingredient with the aim of broadening the ways of cooking these ingredients.
For this task we will be having the Chef Augusto Lima, that will lead the sessions, which will last three hours.
The workshops will take place at our café, by the riverside in Portimão, on Saturdays afternoon starting at 2.30pm ending by 5.30pm.
We are starting with a series of 3 workshops:
- 20th September - "cooking with tofu";
- 4th October - "cooking with quinoa";
- 11st October - "cooking with celery and celeriac".
