strawberry, orange and goji smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup (150 gr.) of strawberries
1 cup (250 ml.) of freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons (15 gr.) dried goji berries
1 ice cube (optional)
Preparation:
Soak the goji berries in a cup of lukewarm water for 5 to 10 minutes until they and tender and rehydrated. Drain the goji berries and add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until the smoothie is nice and creamy.
