Rich Gluten

Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat gluten

1 cup ground walnut

2 table spoons of beer yeast

1 pinch of garlic powder or fresh finely chopped garlic

2 cups of a mixture with tomato, onion, red pepper, parsley and salt q.b.

Preparation:

Mix the dry ingredients, wheat gluten, walnut and beer yeast.

Then add the tomato, onion, pepper and parsley blended previously all mixed well together with the salt.

Place it in the oven in a tray previously greased with olive oil (pirex or stainless steel tray).

Check if it is well cooked with a toothpick.
