healthy snacks workshop
This time we have concentrated our selves on the healthy snacks, for kids to take to school or to bring to work.
Joana, started with muffins, this variety was made out of carob, corgete and carrot, but for merely technical reasons the muffins did not rise, but the flavour was all there. After that 2 granola varieties, one with apple, orange and cinnamon, another one with cocoa. Both very practical to prepare and good to store in a glass jar with an airtight lid.
The granolas were followed by banana and peanut butter parfait, eith the cocoa granola on top. And the balls were delightfull! Two varieties - carrot and coconut and the other with carob and almond. Then came a small jar of non dairy yoghurt with apple puré with the apple granola on top and cookies, banana and oat. We finished with an aromatic hummus vegetable sticks.
The recipes were all prepared with ingredients free os gluten, dairy and refined sugars. In the end we ate it all!
We are already programming our next workshop, that will most likely happen in October. Further details to be released soon.
